His practical knowledge and understanding of building codes and construction practices serves as a resource to many others in the firm. Earlier in Jim's career, he also worked for several other architectural, civil and geotechnical engineering firms and was responsible for construction document development, inspections and testing, and municipal infrastructure projects.
