Northwood Surgery Center Building

Designed and constructed for a private physician group, the project developed a high-end look and feel with a granite and colored glass exterior, and a 4-story atrium with a multi-story water feature.  The third floor includes and ambulatory surgery center complete with operating rooms with windows at the owners request, providing abundant natural light and views to the rolling hills surrounding the property.

Women’s Association Parking Garage

As part of the overall campus redevelopment plan, Morristown Hospital sought to construct a new parking structure for its staff. The parking structure needed to accommodate over 1,000 vehicles. Buckl Architects developed a neighborhood-sensitive design which visually minimizes the size of the structure reflecting Federal Style details common to the town’s architecture. This resulted in a façade that disguises the purpose of the building and blends into the streetscape. A two deck future expansion providing 500 additional spaces was incorporated into the original design and has now been completed.

Lockheed Martin – Main Lobby Expansion

Looking to expand a small, inadequate and outdated lobby space for their Moorestown, N.J. complex, Lockheed Martin sought to reflect both the traditional and historical nature of the company, while reflecting the state-of-the-art, high tech nature of the product it produced there.  The plant manufactures and tests the U.S. Navy’s phased-array radar systems at this facility and many of the details and finishes in the new lobby are intended to reflect the imagery of the Navy ships that their product helps protect.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

The project created a new Ruth’s Chris restaurant location in the commercially busy King of Prussia Mall area of the Philadelphia suburbs.  Located on the ring road to the mall, the restaurant reflects the quality and style of the New Orleans roots of the restaurant chain, while also reflecting the unique character reflective of the local franchise owner.  The interior includes details that vary from gold leaf quotations from the owner and architect in the entry hall, to unique famous dog portraits quietly creating a different atmosphere in the bar. The entire restaurant including the many dining rooms creates stimulating and high quality feel that is reflective of the dining experience the staff hope that all of their guests experience.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Located near the city center of Philadelphia on historic south Broad Street in the theater district, the restaurant has the feel of an urban club with finely paneled walls, unique arched and hunting trophies, many of which were the result of the owners own hunting trips.  The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and bar, reflect the immaculate quality of the food and the service to the patrons.
