A developed well-orchestrated Master Plan for Chilton Memorial Hospital was achieved after extensive data was complied from over 50 different department directors, along with existing hospital goals and objectives documentation. This insight into department specific operational features fueled an effective analysis and planning strategy to create solutions for existing constraints and limitations.

As beneficial to any planning study, the concepts developed were kept flexible to meet needs of the ever-changing medical field. Buckl Architects' analysis produced three viable alternative planning concepts that met anticipated needs and services, with recommendations to a specific plan which seemed best-fit.
