Pardee Hall, serves as one of several comprehensive examples of Buckl Architects’ experience with Master Planning. After thorough interviews & space analysis, our feasibility study provided several re-design options for 16 departmental reallocations occupying 76,000 square feet – 9,000 of which were located in other buildings on campus. Overall objectives for functional improvements included an increase in quantity and quality of teaching spaces, with flexible & interchangeable floor layouts to accommodate future expansion.

Consideration to preserve historic integrity, limited exterior modifications and focused the efforts on internal re-design. To minimize disruption in education and accommodate budgetary planning, our proposal suggested and outlined a four-year phasing plan for implementation.
