JAGUAR/LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP
This single story dealership was a design/build project through North Star Construction. The design followed a franchise prototype design with modifications by the owners within allowed limits. The site was configured to allow exterior display plinths, customer parking in the front, and a small Land Rover off-road demostration track. The show room was enlarged, a main entry air lock added, and the Vehicle Service Reception area moved indoors. The new car delivery room was oriented to keep vehicle traffic away from pedestrian flow.
