Accomplished in two phases, the Chrin Commons buildings provides various offices spaces for realty, medicine, physical therapy, dentistry, psychology, banking, OBGYN, general practitioners, and other medical specialist. A specially designed core atrium was key in integrating the new addition to the existing construction.

GREENWOOD

The 400 Greenwood Avenue edifice is a 18,000 sf commerce center complex designed to house a very diverse group of business. Business range from office space such as Attorney at Law to a Physical Therapy suite.
